Short Story Awards Celebration

Short Story Contest winners will be announced at a celebration hosted by Gold Country Writers on Saturday, October 7, 2023, from 1:00 to 3:30 pm. Our keynote speaker will be Laurel Ann Hill. a teacher and author, who will talk about the literary aspects that make short stories special. The celebration will be held at the Rose Room at City Hall, in Auburn, CA. This contest has been sponsored by The Arts Council of Placer County and also by Gold Country Media.
