DESCRIPTION:Instead of a regular Drop-In session\, our 4th Wednesday in February will be dedicated to “Refining Critiquing.”  \nJoan Griffin and Rebecca Inch-Partridge will host ashort presentation and workshop designed to help members GIVE and RECEIVE great critiques. Following the presentation participants will be critique each other’s writing\, focusing on the techniques and methods presented in the workshop. \nLearn how to: \n\nAnalyze manuscripts (i.e.\, settings\, characters\, dialogue)\nTurn reactions into meaningful feedback for the writer\nGet the most out of having your work critiqued.\n\n  \nWorkshop – Bring a Pen (Optional: bring 5 copies of up to 5 pages\, double-spaced\, Times New Roman 14 pt font for critique) \nCome join us for this interesting and skill-building event. \nThis event will be held in the Rose Room at Auburn City Hall. \nPublic Invited — Free \nClick here for Rose Room address\, map\, and directions.
