[Poetry Contest AND 100-Word Story Contests both start on February 19 and end on April 2, with Celebration on April 30.]
ONLY GCW MEMBERS may enter.
One story per person may be entered.
Stories must be previously unpublished.
Gold Country Writers reserves the right to publish the winning stories.
Number of words is EXACTLY 100 — as counted by MS Word.
Word count does not include Title — hyphenated words are counted as one.
Proofread for accuracy and send only the best copy.
No changes may be made after the story is entered.
Email the entry from noon February 19 to midnight April 2
Submit story via email as an ATTACHMENT with “2025 100-Word Story Contest” on subject line.
In body of email, include the title, authors name and contact info.
