Special Drop-In Critique Session – “Refining Critiquing”

Instead of a regular Drop-In session, our 4th Wednesday in February will be dedicated to “Refining Critiquing.”
Joan Griffin and Rebecca Inch-Partridge will host ashort presentation and workshop designed to help members GIVE and RECEIVE great critiques. Following the presentation participants will be critique each other’s writing, focusing on the techniques and methods presented in the workshop.
Learn how to:
- Analyze manuscripts (i.e., settings, characters, dialogue)
- Turn reactions into meaningful feedback for the writer
- Get the most out of having your work critiqued.
Workshop – Bring a Pen (Optional: bring 5 copies of up to 5 pages, double-spaced, Times New Roman 14 pt font for critique)
