Suzy McMinn lives in Auburn, CA, with her horse, a clueless rescue dog, and two feral cats.

Suzy McMinn is a former newspaper editor, copywriter, reporter, features writer, book and film reviewer, and an enthusiastic interviewer with thousands of published non-fiction articles. She has written and edited many screenplays and is an officer in American Screenwriters Association.

A highly acclaimed travel writer/columnist, Suzy is an expert on comping (traveling for free), and once comped the wonderful state of Montana.

Suzy majored in Horse Science and minored in Journalism at Oregon State University and has used both fields of study in her many careers. Suzy has the standing of Professional Equine Expert in the world of horses and riders due to her many years of horse-related studies and teaching.
